As for the vocabulary manufacuters...

I know it is used for people who produce things at factories
Can I call sausage makers and wine growers manufactureres as well?

Yes. Manufacture comes from two Latin words, manus (hand) and factum (past participle of facere, to do, to make). It originally meant to make by hand, but now means to make as a product of some sort, usually in a factory.

So you can manufacture wine, cheese, sausage, and bread. Put them all together, and you have a picnic. (But you wouldn't say you manufactured a picnic out of them . . . .)
