I think that the bold part is incorrect grammatically and instead 'we also remind passengers the weather is beyond our control.' is correct.
Could you tell me if my idea is right?

| The verb �remind� is a transitive verb. It has to be used with an object, as in your first sentence. I agree with you that the noun �passengers� or �them� should be there. |
