What does 'moments in between' generally mean?
What does 'I'm the moments in between' mean in Jerry Burn's Angel lyrics?

It means he is also the time between the specific items listed. (madness, tears, sadness, fears and dreams).
Someone has an obsession, in my opinion. OMG. |
