Hi,
When we use 'in addtion', is it redundant to use 'also' in the main clause? I'd like to hear your opinions.
In addtion, it also indicates.....

I would not call it redundant. Substitute "To further prove my point" to better understand.

| I believe that question depends on the situation. In some cases, it could be redundant, but in some cases it could be argued that the 'also' is necessary. Context is important, and if it is still unclear, perhaps you could post an example..........hope that helps! |
