Yeah, the Simpsons is STILL great to watch even after all these years on TV. What other TV programme has lasted so long, so well?

I base my whole life on Homer's teachings Smile

I've got to say that my favourite character is Moe Szyzlak, the bartender. One one hand, he's a nasty, venal, dime-grabbing louse, but on the other he's so sensitive, pathetic and sentimental that you can't help but feel sorry for him!

By the way, there's a great Simpsons site called Which Simpson are you? in which they give you around 20 multiple choice questions and then tell you which Springfield resident you most resemble.
I'm very proud to announce that I, TEFLLab Mike am most like Lisa! (Although I look more like Homer...)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but The Simpsons has changed lately. Its episodes deal with serious issues we shouldn't take for granted. Sometimes the episodes are kind of senseless, but I wouldn't underestimate their meaning. I guess they've got to be deeply analysed.

How many series of the Simpsons are there? 25? Shocked
