Please read the following senetnce:

There are some very unusual theme parks around the world.

Then, which of the following is correct? Why?

Around the world are there some very unusual theme parks.

Around the world there are some very unusual theme parks.

The second one is correct. The first one sounds like a questions (due to the inversion) but doesn't have a question mark.
