Hello! Thank you for viewing this topic.
I have a question and I need your help, please.
I read a story on "Tumble Books" which title is Moishe's Miracle.
And there wrote "Baila untie her knippel..."
I found it in several dictionaries but still couldn't find what it mean.
Can anyone kindly answer my question?

| It's not an English word. It may be Yiddish or German. |

| According to Google (Knippel Yiddish) it is a Yiddish word whose first meaning is "knot" like the knot you would tie in a handkerchief to hold some coins. You can check the links to see what other meanings it has if that one doesn't fit. |
