A nose job is not one of the easiest kind of operations.

Is there any serious mistake in my sentence. Please help me find it.

I would rather say:

A nose job is not one of the easiest operations.

If you insist on having the word "kind" in there, it should be plural:

A nose job is not one of the easiest kinds of operations.

(one of many, so the object of the preposition of has to be plural)
