Some people don`t like their looks / looking. Is `looking� accepted in correct English?

No, in this sentence you'd want to stick with "looks":

Some people don't like their looks.
With your looks and my brains, we're bound to be a success.
From the looks of that dark gray cloud, I bet it will rain.
