Dear teacher:
I saw this sentence in a book.
"All that is mine is yours."
Does that means "All the things that is mine is yours."?
And,why doesn't it say"all that are mine are yours"? |

Here, all = "everything." So,
Everything that is mine is yours.

Because in this usage, all is singular - it is being viewed as a group.
