Hi, could someone help me?
How is "functionally dysfunctional" different from just "dysfunctional", in the context of the state of an organization, team, etc??
Thank you!

I take it to mean that the team or organization is working ("functionally") but not very well, or not as intended ("dysfunctional").
Hope this helps _________________ Helping ESL students since 2001!
