Would someone help paraphrase the following sentence?
Little by little does the trick.
By the way, is "Little by little" the subject of this sentence?
Thanks a lot. |

Hopefully I can help. This saying is basically saying that if you have a lot of things to achieve and do everything all at once then it will be a disaster and you will not achieve everything. However if you do little pieces of what you need to achieve, one by one, than you will get a much better result and will get it all done.
I hope this makes sense! Learning English abroad is really the best way to learn because then you can get to grips with these English phrases and that will separate you from those who are learning English from their home countries. English has many catch-phrases and strange sayings for you to learn. It's a wonderful language.
Good luck on your language journey!!
