The quality of Pakistan's government will never be better than the quality of its civil servants. More than other reforms, improving the country's bureaucracy, will put Pakistan on the right course.
Is correctly placed the comma highlighted in the sentence above? It sounds strange to me. _________________ Stormy Weather. |

That comma should not be there. Remove it. |

Unfortunately, it is not in my power removing it. It is a sentence from the Foreign affairs latest edition.
I found it strange but since Portuguese and English have different punctuation systems, I thought it better to ask you teachers. Tks a lot. _________________ Stormy Weather. |
