Should "scare people from" below be "scare people into"?
Mr. Ryan accused Mr. Biden and Mr. Obama of using �scare tactics.�

In this case, no, because "you" means the speaker.
So the speaker is accusing Obama of trying to scare people so they don't vote for the speaker.
I would use "out of", rather than "from" in this sentence. _________________ All my answers refer to British English.
