Whether or not abortion is murder is a topic that is often debated by politicians and religious leaders, but hard science shows us that unwanted children commit real murders. Multiple studies have shown that after abortion is legalized, crime rates plunge. The reason for that is that mothers who do not want children often do not or cannot take care of them very well. Even though they may have good intentions, young people are often not capable of dealing with the pressures and responsibilities of parenthood. Impressionable children are affected by unhappy parents and suffer because they often do not enjoy the same level of early education compared to their peers. Children from Unwanted Teen Pregnancy who cannot take care of them are far more likely to become delinquents, or become involved in drug abuse and crime.
