Hello!
I am a Japanese girl.
What is your favorite spicy food?
I like "Shin ramen" (Korean spicy noodles) Do you know about it?

I know this Ramen but I haven't eaten it yet.
My friend said it's hot and taste is good.
In fact I can't eat hot food.
However I like Nachos. It's a mexican dish.
I love to eat it with beer.
Have you try it before?

Recently, I have eaten Shin Ramen. Its taste really good! and it reminded me Thai spicy noodle. My favortie spicy food is "Som-Tum", Thai green papaya salad, this particular dish is from the northeastern part of Thailand (E-san). It usually combines with green papaya, peanuts and dried shrimp or salted crab and you can put guinea peppers as much as you like, but I recommend you should not put them over 4. To make its taste more delicious, this recipe is always eaten with sticky rice! So why don't u try it??Razz

If you're ever in a British curry house, you really have to put your self to the test.. For example, Madras is always quite hot...Vindaloo is VERY hot! Sometimes i can't eat vindaloo ... and Phaal....well phaal is only for the very very brave!
