Hello,

As the sentence says, "In the long term, all of the species in the world, including humankind, will find it hard to survive, not to mention to flourish."
1. Is the phrase "not to mention" a prepositional phrase or conjunction?
2. What form is grammatically correct following "not to mention"? In this case, is it "flourishing "or "to flourish"?

Thank you for your help!!

1. No idea, sorry!
2. The same as whatever came before it.

Best wishes,
Ian
