i am currently in a TESOL course and i was wondering if anyone could share any opinions/insights on outlining what elements would be essential in effective TESOL practise?

I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with the TESOL course. Perhaps if you could say a little bit about the level and what you will be tested on, then I might be able to make suggestions.
