The family members come closer together.
The family members get closer to each other.
Are both sentences okay or does any sentence caus misunderstanding?

| “The family members come closer together” is the right sentence in my opinion. I was much worried about my educational assignments. One of my best friends recommended me to hire Academic Writing Services that offers essays, thesis, course work, dissertation and resume. I took advantage and hired them. I found them professional and flexible to provide value added services. Nowadays they are offering 35% discount, if you are in need of it, place your order here and fill with Discount Code PROMO35 in order to get 35% discount. |

"get closer to each other" sounds like normal English, and sounds as if it's talking about literal physical closeness, moving nearer.
"get closer together" would sound the same. "come" sounds odd to me, as if you are writing from inside the family group.
If you are trying to talk about emotional closeness, you'd be better with, for example, "the family become closer"
Hope helps,
