Are both sentences correct? Are there any differences in meaning?
1a.. She doesn't have any brothers or sisters.
1b. She doesn't have any brothers and sisters.
2a. She doesn't like rice or noodles.
2b. She doesn't like rice and noodles.

In both cases the a sentence is better and more correct.

The b sentences are often heard, and will normally be understood, but ...
... there is the danger that people will think you mean that only the combination is not liked, and that just one or the other would be ok.
