In the YouTube video she is saying "Today, I wanted to show you guys all of the modern types of eho-makis that they sell at the department stores and convenience stores nowadays".

Way she is saying is grammatically correct?
What is that, they indicating respectively? |

She is speaking in an informal style, and it's appropriate for that style. The "they" refers to the people in the store who sell the things. We use "they" that way often.
Examples:
If you go to the post office they can tell you how much it will cost to mail that.
They can give you information at the school about how to register. |
