Well Lily,
We're treading on touchy ground here.
"Screw you up" means intentionally infliction or causing harm to someone.
"Screw you" can mean the same thing. But... it more often is a derogatory phrase meaning "forget you" or "I don't care what you do, you can go to h*e*l*l.
It is not a phrase you want to hear or say.
