Oh! now I get it. Here is a link to an explanation of c o c k t a i l hour. (I'll see if it works because it has c o c k t a i l in the URL. http://www.wisegeek.org/what-is-*beep*-hour.htm#didyouknowout It's a time before dinner when people have mixed drinks and relax.
Oh the URL says *beep* but if you click on it, it works.
I would guess this just means people can discuss who the new defense secretary might be during that time. |
