Can I say,
"She gave me a look that I have never seen"
Shoudn't I say,
"She gave me a look that I had never seen"
or can I say both?

The correct sentence is
"She gave me a look that I had never seen"
You had never seen that look until that time in the past so use past perfect for an action before another action in the past. |
