Dear teachers,
Is the sentence "I don't have as expensive a car as he always drives." correct?
If so, natural?
And if so, how do you create this kind of sentence in your head?
Thank you in advance! |

It's okay, but I suppose I would probably say, "I don't have a car as expensive as the one he always drives." if I were making the sentence. |

I didn't notice your reply until now.
I am so sorry to be late to say thank you.
I understood well.
Thank you for your help! |

Honestly, neither sentence would ever occur to me. I would simply say, "My car isn't as expensive as his." _________________ Visit www.sloweasyenglish.com for material to help you with your listening skills!
