SHAOLIN MONKS FIGHTING

The famous form of martial art which is practised by shaolin monks, is usually called
Kung Fu, but it is actually called Wushu. Kung Fu is a hardcore martial art for protecting yourself, while Wushu is more for performance than serious fighting. In my opinion, both Kung Fu and Wushu are interesting martial arts for two reasons.
First, both Kung Fu and Wushu are famous around the world. Nowadays, we will see that most Chinese action movie practise them. They are the style of martial art representing kinds of animals such as tigers, snakes, and dragons in action movies too.
Second, both Kung Fu and Wushu have many benefits for your health. It helps you calm your mind, make your body stronger than before and we can think quickly when we face with the threat of attack.
In conclusion, there are lots of sports that you can play. Shaolin monks fighting is also one kind of sport that people use for protecting themselves and also exercising your muscle in every part of your body. Shaolin monks fighting also have the competition for fighting each others between two people. They dont have to use the weapons. Are you interested in Shaolin monks fighting ?
