To _verb_ someone silly means to do it to a person until they are left very upset, confused, and/or frustrated to the point where they cannot think straight.
In the given example, the victim is robbed of all his stuff so he is frustrated because he has nothing left. |

i wouldn't be just frustrated if i was robbed and had about nothing left..
