I had ever learnt yoga for two months before I came to NewZealand, even though just learned only two months, but I was very relaxing and enjoyed yoga. I could heartily extended my body got more healthy, the feeling was quite good.
Unfortunately, in NZ, I am too lazy and I don't have enough place to do yoga.
I'm continuing to learn yoga when i go bace my home country!! |

Hi!
I'm hiperactive person and that is the reason whtat I don't try to practice yoga. I feel yoga is a slowly sport but some of my friends told me that I'm wrong! Are they have right?
I can't image mysefl in a concentrate position, close my eyes .. I don't know

Ooh, i'v never heard of hot yoga! that sounds great though!
I tried yoga for the first time the other day and i love it! it's so great to get yourself relaxed, although afterwards i felt soo sleepy!  _________________

i think hot yoga is very good.
Because our body is usually stiff.
If people specially male start to do general yoga at first, they are dangerous.
However, hot yoga is a little different from general yoga.
Our body is more flexible in hot room.
so, i think hot yoga is very good. |

Yoga is the exercise which helps your control of the body and mind. It also improves your breathing and focuses the alignment of your body. So, yoga has many advantages. In my opinion, yoga is very popular for 2 reasons.
First, yoga has an effect to us mentally .It helps us relief stress and strain. It also helps peaceful mind and create keen ideas cause bright clear spirit.
The other, yoga is good for our health physically .It makes our muscles relax and strengthens. It helps strenuous our spine and balance the body system. In addition, it helps the body have good circulating of blood.
In conclusion, Yoga is a great way to get in shape mentally and physically. It involves a lot of stretching and helps building and toning muscle. It�s a low impact form of exercise so anyone can participate. What do you think about yoga?
