Would you rewrite the captioned sentence into a full non-abbreviated one?

Hello, Hiro.

I would paraphrase it as, "What can we lose."

David-sensei, Thank you.
A further question. "What's to lose?" seems to me "What is to lose?" However, "What is to lose?" does not seem to me a sentence in a grammatical meaning. It is different from a sentence like "What is it?" So I guessed something is abbreviated.
I like to appreciate your comments.

I think it means 'What is there to lose?'

"What's to lose" is often used in the Yiddish influenced dialect of New York City, Hiro.
