What does 'what's the catch?'' mean? Could you please rephrase it and give me some examples to put that phrase in them? Thank you very much.

If someone made you an offer that sounded too good to be true you would be wondering what else that person had in mind. It would make you suspicious...
In this case you would be wondering "what the catch was": meaning what was the difficulty or disadvantage the other person was trying to hide.
The phrase always implies something negative.
