Hello, our honorable ESL professors!
I've just come back here after a long period that I didn't check the site. Gee, you've changed a lot! It's fabulous.
[1] In as many ways that I could think of, I tried to make our students happy.
In standard English, I figure you might use as instead of that. Is that, as in the above, used regularly in this construction?

Welcome, Hiro. I'm equally confused.
I think that "as" would be acceptable in that context, but "that" is commonly used. _________________ If a man constantly aspires is he not elevated?
