Dear teachers:
I have heard a song that its title is "officially missing you".
And in the lyric, it use "I am officially missing you".
I just couldn't find a proper explanation about the word "officially" in this sentence. 
What is this supposed to mean?  |

It sounds like: I pretend to miss you, actually I miss someone else, not you!  |
