The new mayor is a man of unimpeachable integrity and character.
Does unimpeachable modifies both integrity and character, or just integrity alone?
Thanks. |

Given the context, I would say it modifies both. Consider:
He is a man of character.
He is a man of unimpeachable character.
Both sound fine, but the second is naturally stronger to match the context of "He is a man of unimpeachable integrity." |
