They all sound good.

with the effects of global warming.

5. The causes of the lung cancer are connected with smoking, and pressure.

delete "and pressure".

6. The statistic reported that the lifespan of Japanese was longer than people from other countries.

While the context is understandable, the grammar is incorrect. I suggest it be revised to:
the lifespan of Japanese was longer than that of people from other countries.

9. When you talk about getting married, you have to consider your savings and how big your wedding can be.

Looks good.

10. There is a reality TV show called Fear Factors.

Close. Fear Factor as the title of a program should be italicized or underlined, and no "s" on the end of Factor.

I think it should be fruits. Someone should double check me though.

12. There is a low survival chance jumping from high building when a fire happens.

jumping from high buildings
jumping from a high building

when a fire breaks out.
during a fire.
("when a fire happens" might be grammatically correct but just doesn't sound right.)

14. Taking airplanes may shorten the time of transportation.

Sounds okay.

# 5 delete "the" from "the lung cancer"

# 11 I agree that is should be fruits -- if not, it could be read as "...eating a variety of fruit || and vegetables..." Since "variety" should refer to "fruits and vegetables," keeping them both plural is best for consistency.

#12 If you want to avoid a phrasal verb, you can say "when a fire occurs."

#14 you can say "transportation time" instead of "the time of transportation."

1. Some of Apples employees are Chinese and Indian.

This is correct if some of them are of mixed Indian and Chinese parentage.
If you mean some of them are Indian, and some of them are Chinese, you should write:
1. Some of Apples employees are Chinese and some are Indian.

2. There are two sexes, male and female.
Gender is a grammatical term. There are three genders; masculine, feminine, and neuter.

3. An engineer in the Bay area has a high economic status. You don't need "being".

6. Statistically, the Japanese live longer than people from other countries.

14. Flying may be faster.
