Can I say: Our insurance policy offers immediate [care] against the risk of burglary.
I"m concerned about word "care". Maybe "cover" or "security" are more appropriate? |

Your suggestion is sound.
Insurance gives you cover, security. and protection. Care is not appropriate here. |
