In last three years the students contract H.I.V. increase so the goverment want to solution this problem by distribute free condom in college but some people are disagree for this method. In my opinion this method can solve problem of students contract H.I.V. for 3 reason.
Firstly, the college is the place for students study. If distribute free condom in college students are receive sure. The students use the most time in college.
Secondly, condom is protect H.I.V. If the students use condom. They have a little risky for H.I.V. The condom can protect 99 percentage for H.I.V.
Finally, the students are more risky for H.I.V. because they are young people. The condom should be guide for method protect H.I.V.
In conclusion, I think the distribute free condom in college have benefit more than disadvantage.
