| Besides "How did your test go?", "How did you do on the test?", "How was your grade on the test?", can we just say"How was your test?" to care about others? |

Comments:
Yes, you can do that. It's a kind of intentionally vague question that could have many responses, depending on what the other person wants to say and/or how he or she feels:
A: How was your test?
B: It was fine. (I had no problems.) / It was terrible! (I had a lot of problems with it and maybe I didn't do very well.) / It was confusing. (I didn't understand it and maybe I didn't do very well.) / It was a piece of cake! (I had no problems at all and expect to get a good grade.) / I don't know. (I don't remember it. / I don't want to remember it.) / I'm not sure. (It was confusing or I guessed on a number of questions.) / I don't want to talk about it! (It didn't go well and I don't want to remember it.) / . . . . .
