What does this mean? A quotation from the Bible?
Jurors in Alexandria, Virginia, ruled late Monday that 37-year-old, French-born Zacarias Moussaoui is eligible for the death penalty for his role in the 9/11 attack. Moussaoui responded, "You'll never get my blood. God curse you all." _________________ Hiromichi |

You'll never get my blood would suggest that you will never inflict an injury where blood is drawn from the victim,
ie., a cut which will allow an external flow of blood
Although however, if it is an excerpt from the bible, it coulod mean many many things _________________ ab2146 |

Hello hiromichi -
Moussaoui would probably not be quoting from the Bible. If he were to quote, it would more likely be from the Koran (Quoran). However, I don't think it's a quote.
There is an expression in English... "out for blood".... = intending great bodily harm or death.
I think he means "death", as "blood" equals "life" in most cultures. Philo |
