Could you name any web sites about the reduction of "adverbial clauses" "adjectival clauses" and "nominal clauses" I need very detailed explanation about them Or you can name some books which give detailed explanations about them

Thanks for your concern

Any reputable grammars written for ESL students will do, such as Grammar in Use Intermediate and Advance Grammar in Use by Cambridge University Press and Advanced Learners' Grammar and Longman English Grammar by Longman, Pearson Education Ltd.

Hi Senay,

You may also want to take a look at this website:

http://www.iei.uiuc.edu/structure/structure1/salzmann_index.html#grammar

http://www.iei.uiuc.edu/structure/structure1/advclauses.html#reduce

http://www.iei.uiuc.edu/structure/structure1/adjclause.html#reduce

I'd check all the entries for the different types of clauses. Reduction is often discussed even though it hasn't been mentioned in the contents list.

Good luck!
