Abuse means Physical, sexual, emotional or verbal maltreatment to other person. Even though we live in a civilized society, I still cannot believe but happen, and the domestic abuse is the most common one in the society. Despite my own opinion, home should be the safest, warm and comfortable place for a family to live in, but fatally many abuses are happen at home.

Abuse is maltreatment of another person. It can be physical, sexual, emotional, or verbal. juliesince78,

Would you mind if I make a few changes to yours?

I would go with something like that too but I was trying to keep it as close to what the op had written, just more coherent.

.
My turn:

Abuse means physical, sexual, emotional or verbal maltreatment of another person. Because we live in a civilized society, I still cannot believe such abuse happens, yet domestic abuse is the most common form of this behaviour. In my opinion, home should be the safest, warmest and most comfortable place for a family, but tragically, most abuse happens at home.
