I need your help. Could you give me some advice, please?
Please look at the sentence "is extremely convenient to get in and out from Paris."
What is the subject? "the hotel" ?
"The hotel is right next to the RER B train station at the airport so is extremely convenient to get in and out from Paris." |

Hey -
The location of the hotel would be the subject. (I'd use the pronoun "it" actually.)
