Hi there!
Which one do you think would be a more effective way of learning English, thesis researching and writing or taking exams, such as TOFEL or IELTS?
To do a research, one has to go through all kinds of books and sometimes surfing on the internet as well as interviewing other people, doing field research, ect, through which one may enhance their English skills naturally. At the same time, by preparing for those achievement tests, one could improve all English skills as well, though rather passively. So which one do you think is better for you?

| I think thesis researching and writing is more effective for me. Doing research, I can choose a topic that I am interested in, so I will have more motivation to do it. I think by this way I can learn more. |
