there are many things that make a food healthy, and many different things are good for you. mainly, fruits and vegetables, and lean meats. chicken, fish, lean red meats, and tofu are high in protein, which builds muscle. studies have shown that the healthiest fruit, though, is the cantelope, a melon, with all its nutrition located in that greenish rind. it is healthiest because it has the most vitamins and minerals of any other fruit. the lowest fruit in vitamins and minerals is the plum, being mainly just sugar and water.
