There is such a sentence:
She is the one he has ever loved.
Does it mean that he is still loving her? Or that tense doesn't say about it. What if he once loved her but now doesn't. May we use preset perfect in that case? |

For me, the sentence would be, "She is the only one he has ever loved." It means in his whole life, there was only one love for him. He could still love her now, or loved her in the past but not now, as far as my understanding is. There would have to be more context for me to know. |
