Dear Teachers,

1. East or West, home is the best.
- What does East or West mean here?

2. Oh! Come on. Lets try another pump. No big deal!
- no big deal here means no need to worry, right?

3. Why does Nicky have such a long face?
- This means Why is she so sad?, right?

4. Stop thinking too much! She just has you in her heart.
- Is this natural?

Thanks a bunch to Teachers,

Stevenukd

1. It means "no matter where you go."

2. Yes; also "not important enough to worry about."

3. Right. One's face gets long when it goes slack from sadness.

4. Hm ... It may mean, "She has no one but you in her heart / on her mind," therefore you are the only one she loves. If so, you might re-word it to something like: "Don't worry so much! You are the only one she loves!" "Don't worry! She only has eyes for you!"
