Celine Yang:
I agree with you!
My family is very important to me, too. When I haven't been home for several weeks, I will feel uneasy and lost. All of my work will come into a low efficiency. I will then have a strong desire to fly back home to see my grandma. I am not contented with telephone conversations in which she just tells me she is very well and everything is ok. What I expect is to see her in the eye and help her clean the floor and wash the plates, for I think it's time for me to pay back for her twenty-year raising me heart and soul.
However hard I try to pay back, I will never pay off. Her devotion to me these twenty years tremendously dwarves what I have brought to her. And what I can do now is to study hard and make my dream realised, which is one of the most precious things the old lady wants to see in her last years. So once feeling exausted, I will push myself forward in order not to disappoint her. I can be the pride of my grandmama.
I will not leave far away from her in the rest of her life.
Hope everything goes well with your mama and daddy! Smile
