Is it OK to use "perhaps" and "may" at the same time?
Ex. Perhaps we may go for a walk in the afternoon.

Yes, it's quite common, whether "may" relates to possibility or permission:
1. Perhaps I may be of assistance. ] = permission.
2. We may perhaps be looking in the wrong place, of course. ] = possibility.
