Natto is to Japanese cuisine, as Cho Dofu (臭豆腐) is to Chinese cuisine, and blue cheese is to Western cuisine.

I like them all. Razz

Hello. I'm a Japanese. I love natto, too. It's very healthy. Please mix with piping hot rice, and a raw egg. It's very delicious. Very Happy Also natto go well with kimuchi. Would you try?

Even though natto is really good for health, I don't like it very much Sad

I am Japanese girl.
It seems that I have eaten Natto when I am two years old!!(^^)
I like the put Natto on the rice best how toeat Natto♪♪
BUT..My family except me doesn't like Natto..
Because of It is very stink and slimy.

I think that Natto(raw) is stinkly than "Furikake of Natto.
"Furikake of Natto" means dehydrafted Natto.
Therfore, I like Natto(raw)!!!!!!

Recently, I made Natto Omlet.
The tastes very good☆★
I think that I will make "Natto Gyouza" next time.

Thank you☆★
