Is the following sentence correct? I'm not sure of the pattern " the same things to do."
------ the following --------------------

I do the same things to put on make-up and brush my hair.

Ok I am a native speaker of english, here is what I would think that sentence was telling me...

Do you use a hairbrush or comb to put on make-up?

The sentence makes a person think that you perform both action's, because of the word "same", so both actions would need to have somthing in common.

you could say, "I put on make-up, and brush my hair, the same time every day." This works, because the common thing is time.

Remeber that the common verb, or noun, comes after the word "same"

"clap is the same as applause" is correct because both verb's have common definitions.

"different" "opposite" are the reverse meaning to the word "same"
