I do not understand why "fame to claim" is "addition to rules." Please help me.
"James' only claim to fame was a single pococurante addition to the company's rules and regulations yet this, along with his esteemed name, was enough to guarantee him a cushy position in upper management for life." _________________ Hiromichi |

The only thing James ever did was make a trivial addition to the rules and regulations of the company, but who needs talent or hard work when one has connections? He has a high-paying, easy job for life because of his influential relatives. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
